Olusegun is a hardworking, Dedicated, and Proactive Individual with expertise in juggling schedules, a highly experienced and reliable developer with a stellar work ethic and an impressive customer satisfaction record through all his time in the property industry. Under his leadership, the company has completed projects and has pipeline projects of over $300M. With his visionary outlook, Rockmould Limited has achieved significant growth and established itself as a leading player in the Nigerian real estate market.

 Executive Director- Olurotimi AleshinloyeOlurotimi Aleshinloye is the Executive director at Rockmould, where he is responsible for executing the Company’s strategy and growth plans. Rotimi has over 20 years’ cognate experience in Management Consulting, Banking, Insurance, and the Capital Markets.  He has strong expertise in business transformation and systems implementation in different verticals across Africa, North America and China. He has an MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston USA and a Second-class upper bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, and an Associate member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.

 Chief Operating Officer- Engr. Ooye Steve TobaEngr. Ooye Steve Toba is a highly experienced and accomplished civil engineer with a sterling track record spanning over 18 years, registered as a member if the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and also as a Registered Civil Engineer with THE Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Engr.  Toba has successfully undertaken and led numerous projects, showcasing his proficiency in various facets of civil engineering. He has consistently delivered high-standard method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation. His commitment to continuous learning and development, along with his hands-on experience with tools and heavy equipment, further solidifies his reputation as a dependable and innovative construction professional.
